Why not make one yourself?
I'm sure you have or can fins a wool cardigan that got washed on the wrong cycle and got tighter if you know what I mean.
Then you just cut it in the same shape as the one you want and stitch the edges by hand and then add a red bow in the back.
OK, I'm a total DIY-girl who don't believe in spending too much money on stuff I can make myself.
I do like the little bolero, it's very cute.
